This role is responsible for all aspects of integrated productions in the Reality Labs Wearables category. The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver who has the proven ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. The role is expected to partner with Executive Producers to develop best practices for Wearables productions, have a deep understanding of Meta’s wearables products and provide production expertise from brief to delivery across all assigned projects.
Producer Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive integrated production across all media channels including broadcast, digital, stills, animation, experiential and social platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams and director-level creative leaders to identify external partners to bid, award and execute best in class work.
  • Partner with program management leads and marketing leads to secure alignment and achieve campaign goals through flawless execution.
  • Proactively push on innovation within formats to create breakthrough and memorable creative work
  • Design production plans inclusive of campaign schedules across internal creative teams and/or external partners
  • Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters across budget levels.
  • Manage external vendor relationships (directors, visual artists, illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, music houses, agency partners etc.) to ensure Meta’s goals are being achieved.
  • Ensure clear documentation of final production assets
  • Lead a team of producers on large scale productions
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ Years experience producing complex film, video and experiential projects
  • Experience with new technologies and advertising platforms
  • Past experience with hardware products
  • Experience telling a well-crafted story across all media channels
  • Experience with problem solving around challenging schedules annd experience with agile/nimble production
  • Analytical skills with thorough attention to detail
  • Knowledge of industry production guidelines including markups, crew rates, SAG and non-union rules with experience negotiating bids on behalf of Meta
  • Experience bidding and overseeing production (filming, edit, post) outside of the US
  • Communication skills across all levels of the team
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
  • Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include, but is not limited to: augmented, virtual or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, avatars, etc
  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies
