“There are several communities within Meta that I'm engaged with such as the Women in Infrastructure and Enterprise Engineering group to help empower more women in this industry. I encourage my team to get involved in building internal communities. I show my team that there are no limits to achieving success. I’m fortunate to lead a diverse Enterprise Engineering team where almost half the team are women."
