ISCE Global Supply Chain Operations team has a mission to expertly plan and execute supply chain operations that guarantee the cost-effective and timely availability of essential data center equipment, ensuring the resilience and world-class performance of Meta’s data centers. We are looking for a Program Delivery Manager for Data Center owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI) equipment to help further our mission. The Program Delivery Manager will lead and support OFCI equipment deployment that will enable Meta Data Center infrastructure to be completed on schedule and to specification.
Program Delivery Manager, Data Center OFCI Equipment Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for commercial ownership of mission critical equipment including contract compliance, negotiations, deliveries, schedule, quality assurance, cost, and supplier management.
  • Establish and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and find creative ways to overcome obstacles to ensure delivery of quality, schedule, and cost goals.
  • Drive scaling methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of construction, sourcing, and supplier operations.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators to track progress to key metrics and goals.
  • Plan and develop program delivery assessment tools and procedures in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact and expert authority to resolve problems or issues concerning Data Center construction owner furnished equipment.
  • Highlight and drive opportunities for significant operational improvements as well as high impact initiatives with measurable results across the planning & operations organization.
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
  • 25-50% travel required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field and 6+ years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • Vendor management and vendor coordination
  • Supporting internal process improvement projects to drive efficience
  • Maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and communications
  • General construction knowledge including schedule sequencing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Center Construction experience
  • Experience coordinating owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI) equipment suppliers.

$115,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
