TalentX Researcher, Executive Search (Short-Term Position)
TalentX is Meta’s dedicated recruiting team that partners with our executive leadership and HRBPs to identify, cultivate and recruit the best-in-class leadership talent globally. As a Researcher of TalentX, you will build strategies and processes for talent mapping, intelligence gathering and candidate engagement to bring the industry’s top executives to Meta across our family of products and apps. This is a true sourcing opportunity with special focus on talent research and building strong partnerships internally with stakeholders.
TalentX Researcher, Executive Search (Short-Term Position) Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end executive recruitment processes, from intake to hire
  • Design and implement innovative, interdisciplinary research approaches, navigating complex data landscapes
  • Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and decision making
  • Collect, analyze and present qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights and inform data-driven decision-making processes
  • Foster strong partnerships with TalentX Recruiters, cross-functional teams, and organizational leaders to exchange insights and hire top talent
  • Foster a collaborative environment by actively soliciting team feedback and encouraging open idea-sharing, even when not required
  • Clear articulation in all forms of communication with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation
  • Thrive in uncertain and dynamic environments, adapting to changing circumstances with ease
  • Maintain a continuous eye for improvements as we strive to set the bar in the executive search industry
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years sourcing experience with an executive search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience utilizing talent market intelligence and data analytics to inform strategic decisions with leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
  • Proven experience at identifying, evaluating and engaging executive candidates
  • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Experience partnering with executive management
  • Experience evaluating resumes for qualification alignment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Sourcer partnering with Recruiters and hiring partners across different offices
  • Extensive sourcing and talent mapping experience across multiple tech/product disciplines
  • Experience maintaining high volume of sensitive information and building scalable structure around data
  • Experience working independently with little direction

$141,000/year to $206,000/year + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
