Meta is seeking an experienced marketing manager for its AI developer marketing team to help us grow the adoption of LLaMA (Large Language Model Meta AI), a state-of-the-art foundational large language model with developers. A successful candidate must have experience building and scaling marketing programs to drive platform initiatives to accelerate company priorities. The ideal candidate will combine excellence in operational day-to-day execution as well as the longer-term strategic planning to make the Llama ecosystem successful.
Developer Marketing Manager Responsibilities
  • Build and execute the Llama marketing plan for developers.
  • Deliver developer assets built around the marketing flywheel (awareness, education, engagement).
  • Oversee and manage creative, strategy and operations agencies for strategy & design development, campaign production & implementation, and digital content production.
  • Plan and execute developer events, digital campaigns and other relevant activations.
  • Provide regular business and scorecard updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, events, brand, communications, legal, privacy and others.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing
  • Work experience in technology, including understanding of technical audiences, products and technologies
  • Experience working in cross-functional organizations, collaborating with creative, research, analytics and digital marketing channel teams
  • Experience with creative production, managing external agencies or internal creative teams to build best in class campaign work
  • Experience in event marketing, planning and execution
  • Experience in content and digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a B2B marketing role
  • Understanding of developer audience and experience marketing to them
  • AI marketing experience

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
