TPM Manager, XR Tech Foundations Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing team of TPMs to help build data systems, platform libraries and cloud systems for Computer Vision and Machine Learning technology projects towards future AR/VR products.
  • Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team.
  • Work with engineering and product management leadership to define and revise the long-term strategy for the data platform software organization.
  • Work with the team to develop end-to-end project plans, influence teams to deliver against them, and keep the org and leadership informed on progress.
  • Perform risk management and change management on projects.
  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
  • Work with engineering to ensure what we build has the right balance of cost vs.
  • benefit, and focuses on addressing the highest priority partner team and customer.
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
  • 1. Technical Program Management
  • 2. Building and coordinating a team of Technical Program Managers
  • 3. Growing organizations and developing a team culture
  • 4. Knowledge of software development processes and best practices
  • 5. Knowledge of building products based on Computer Vision or Machine Learning

$271,396/year to $308,220/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
