Art Producer

Help us build the Metaverse. Our goal is to build a social and spatial computing platform that empowers creators and communities to connect and engage in unprecedented ways. As an Art Producer for Metaverse Art, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of art initiatives within the Metaverse Art team. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals, develop creative plans, drive org-wide creative events, and ensure timely and high-quality execution of art initiatives. Art Producer Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and delivery of art initiatives such as avatars & horizon within the Metaverse Creative Organization
  • Build creative pipelines to break down art deliverables into tasks, timelines, and project plans
  • Establish and refine art’s creative review process
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact art project success
  • Manage branding projects, art and women@ communities, leadership offsites, and onboarding
  • Drive art programs for large cross-org events like IRL and Connect
  • Manage Art Q&A’s, Creative Show & Tell, playtests and demos within the Creative Org
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, program management, or required field
  • Proven understanding of the art discipline as it relates to the metaverse
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

$126,000/year to $175,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
