Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, innovation, and generative AI to support our ongoing efforts of Llama - Meta’s series of state-of-the-art open source large language models (LLM). This role will be responsible for influencing product roadmaps through research, testing and insights, and building effective go-to-market strategies to bring innovative llama experiences to market. Experience with large language models and generative AI products are a plus. Inbound product marketing responsibilities include foundational analysis to identify market needs by segment, opportunity sizing, identifying unmet needs, and representing the end user perspective with internal and external stakeholders. Outbound product marketing responsibilities include creating go-to-market strategy with audience specific value proposition messaging, marketplace positioning, and supporting external facing enablement and proof points. The ideal candidate has a proven track record influencing key stakeholders across organizations, strategic and analytical thinking, decision making under uncertainty. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Research, Communications, Marketing and other partner teams across Meta.
Product Marketing Manager, Llama Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate go-to-market efforts globally to support Llama product launches and scaled adoption
  • Identify opportunities and represent view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
  • Distill and surface market feedback that informs product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Communications, Sales and other key teams
  • Effectively and regularly communicate with leadership
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience working in a product management, product marketing, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
  • Experience being resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background or MBA
  • Experience working in the GenAI technology space
  • Experience working with Government Bodies
  • Base level knowledge of the AI ecosystem including the technology, what large and small companies are doing, industry alliances, and broader government and regulatory positions

$99,000/year to $151,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
