The Media Content Operations team develops solutions for media companies on Facebook and Instagram by creating scaled systems to address the issues impacting their experiences with the suite of Facebook products. Our Music Partner Operations team is committed to providing support for music content partners inclusive of the specific needs of the industry. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage technical operations and product support functions for record labels. Candidates will have operational experience with labels including catalog ingestion, data reconciliation, and partner management.
Technical Account Manager, Music Label Operations Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support as part of a global partner operations team
  • Execute and optimise support workflows for music partners around product use, product insights, and issue resolution
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including partnerships, operations, legal, product, and engineering teams
  • Operational support for music rights management products and tools
  • Communication with partners in regard to onboarding specifications and processes, including general documentation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Operational experience at a rights-holder or digital service provider (DSP)
  • Knowledge of digital rights management products
  • BA or BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience in media operations management, product management, online operations, consulting, or analytics
  • Experience to balance competing requests from internal and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience with DDEX standards
  • Knowledge of the music industry
  • Experience working with product and engineering
  • Experience with SQL, data reporting processes, and pipelines

$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
