Integrated Growth Marketing Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive account-level growth for paid messaging products.
  • Identify opportunities to seamlessly integrate marketing messages into existing programs for current clients, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Create customized and scaled marketing messages, education and growth programs for large and medium-sized businesses in line with sales segments and go-to-market priorities (e.g. verticals, best practices).
  • Design an onboarding program and educational materials to help users get the most value from our product and encourage them to send their first message.
  • Implement customer and client marketing segmentation to deliver targeted messaging for the highest opportunities closely aligned with sales segmentation and go-to-market prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Scaled Solutions and Product Marketing to develop in-product education within Ads Manager and WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram APIs.
  • Develop and execute a holistic growth marketing strategy for paid messaging products, aligned with business goals and the evolving product roadmap.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to integrate product positioning, messaging, and customer insights into growth plans.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align conversion optimization strategies with product updates and enhancements.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting and meeting deadlines, allocating resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with email marketing, product, and creative teams.
  • Experience in technology or strategic consulting.
  • Experience driving growth for emerging products.
  • Experience using analytics tools and data to inform marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced marketing degree.
  • Communication and presentation experience.

$150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
