We're seeking a talented and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive infrastructure security programs that protect our platforms at scale. As a TPM, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex security challenges, leveraging your strong organizational skills, clear communications, technical expertise, and passion for innovation. Your work will enable Meta to scale its security infrastructure efforts globally, ensuring the safety and security of our products and infrastructure. In this role, you'll partner with engineering leaders, help define strategic roadmaps, and drive programs that develop innovative security solutions. You'll leverage data-driven insights to shape long-term strategy, prioritize planning, and execute initiatives that protect billions of users' data. With a strong technical foundation in security and network infrastructure, you'll drive programs that redefine state-of-the-art security practices. Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Security Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Engineering and business owners to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are partnering with.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
  • Build strong and aligned program teams to efficiently deliver on shared goals.
  • Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
  • Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with engineering leaders and stakeholders.
  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
  • Influence product decisions to align with higher company initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of network infrastructure engineering or infrastructure technical product/program management experience
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing technical network engineering programs or products from inception to implementation.
  • Experience of gathering user needs, requirements, and defining large scale program scope accordingly.
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams & global regions, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
  • Experience working with technical leadership to develop systems, solutions, and products.
  • Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated impact leading large cross-functional infrastructure security programs at scale.
  • Experience leading security initiatives across multiple layers of the infrastructure stack.

$134,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
