Meta is looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions team driving the transformation of Meta’s Infrastructure supply chain capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Transformations and related Oracle SCM solutions with expertise in configuring Supply Chain modules in Oracle with a deep expertise in Inventory Management and Procurement applications. The candidate will have proven experience in successful implementations of best-in-class processes and tools across the Supply Chain functions: Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning and Order Management and integration with other Oracle modules. Working across multiple business verticals and functional dimensions, you will be successful by understanding Supply Chain strategies and requirements and turning them into Supply Chain solutions and leading the implementation of Oracle based solutions. Oracle Cloud Solutions Manager, Infrastructure Supply Chain Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring quality delivery and expected outcomes. This includes gathering business requirements, developing process flows, developing proofs of concept, designing the solution, configuring, executing testing, launching the processes/tools, supporting hypercare, and participate in change management (training, communication, etc).Develop systems design requirements , configure, prototype ,implement the solution and drive adoption with business users.
  • Design and configure all aspects of Supply Chain Solutions in Oracle Cloud with deep configuration expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory Management and Procurement as needed to support business needs and solution design.
  • Strong proficiency in the functional knowledge of Oracle Procurement and Inventory Management applications including Source to Pay and Order to cash business flows.
  • Establish clear metrics for Programs/Projects and drive continuous measurement and improvements.
  • Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with the engineering, operations leads and strategic Subject Matter Experts, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming their supply chain.
  • Integration of Oracle Inventory Management and Procurement with Supply Planning,Order Management and other applications in Oracle, third party tools and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with large stakeholders to define the Business capabilities and the metrics to measure effectiveness of the SCM solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Solutions in architecting, designing and configuring Inventory Management, Procurement and other SCM applications
  • Implementation of a minimum 2-3 large scale solution in Oracle SCM with expertise in Inventory and Procurement .
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM applications( Inventory and Procurement) and its integration with other SCM and non SCM applications.
  • Proven proficiency in all functional aspects of Oracle SCM - requirements, proof of concept, design ,test ,deploy and training.
  • Experienced in partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive strategy, roadmaps, and programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with other Oracle Supply Chain Management and ERP Applications: Product Lifecycle Management, Supplier Collaboration, Sourcing, and Purchasing.
  • Experience with Agile, Project Management Professional, Six Sigma (Green or Black), Lean, Value Stream Mapping and applying principles to Data Center Infrastructure supply chain processes and tools.

$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
