Work experiences are a key component of Meta’s long term ambitions. In Pro Platforms Trust (a part of HorizonOS), we are creating the foundation of interoperability across our work products: one place to manage, one place to bill, one identity to access, and one graph to join them and power them. We're lowering the barrier to entry for business products across Meta, across devices and making it possible for Meta to get more and better hardware and software into the hands of users, with minimal friction. We are laying the path between the products that will enable companies, and our users to take a journey from our existing mediums, and into the Metaverse. As a Technical Program Manager in Pro Platforms, you will play a key role defining and driving impactful engineering projects, solving complex systems problems and building features and infrastructure that powers work in VR. You have the proven ability to go deep into architecture and infrastructure along with a solid understanding of enterprise SaaS software. You are expected to be a highly effective communicator, both oral & written, articulate & implement a clear direction in both product & technical dimensions, and build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams in different regions of the globe. In addition, you can provide analytical insight and foresight to help shape long-term strategy, and drive planning and prioritization for the teams you’ll support. In driving execution of these plans, you will define and align cross team engagements which bring clarity and focus, and enable the easy flow of information and plans between people and teams, through the creation of effective communications at scale.
