We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager who can excel in a role spanning consumer and public affairs marketing and strategic program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing programs and operations, as well as developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing Responsibilities
  • Manage internal communications strategy for the team through proactive, effective communications with internal stakeholders to ensure broader understanding of relevant progress, learnings and best practices
  • Facilitate key meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, establish clear next steps and owners, and resolve blocks that impede progress
  • Support team in development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Create and maintain marketing campaigns and evergreen collateral across multiple channels, including web, email, and on platform activations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication Monitor and report on marketing performance, including metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of programs
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 4+ years of experience managing marketing programs and/or campaigns
  • 4+ years of experience managing marketing programs and/or campaigns
  • Experience in Product or Brand Marketing, Policy, Privacy or Integrity space
  • Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional partners, navigating matrix organization.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
  • Experience influencing effectively across all levels of management, successful in stakeholder management.
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated use of data to inform marketing decisions Problem-solving skills and experience thinking creatively
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in web and/or content marketing
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
