Solutions Architect Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert in and deeply understand Reality Labs products, architecture and integration components.
- Engage with business, product and engineering teams to drive the success of Reality Labs products by providing customer feedback and leverage a deep understanding of both industry trends and business needs to develop, adapt and enhance GTM activities.
- Create documentation and develop best practices to help both Meta and customers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and be "hands on" when required.
- Build strong technical relationships with existing customers and drive growth and adoption of Reality Labs and Meta products.
- Guide our customer’s implementations and technical growth, identify key system architecture components, and propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployments.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of Reality Lab solutions, delivering customer pre-sales technical engagements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Requires 3 years of experience in the following:
- 1. Cloud Architecture Framework
- 2. Enterprise Cybersecurity
- 3. Identity Architecture
- 4. Resilient Architectures
- 5. Technical Account Management
- 6. Technical presales
- 7. Agile: SCRUM, KANBAN
- 8. Design Thinking
- 9. Business Intelligence (OLAP)
- 10. Data Governance, and
- 11. ETL Processes

$204,891/year to $205,920/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
