Content Designer Responsibilities
  • Design, write, edit, test and improve technical content that makes company products easier to use.
  • Reviews product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Meta products and experiences.
  • Give and solicit feedback from your UX design peers in service of building the best products.
  • Edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma, Sketch or other design tools.
  • Collaborate daily with peers in every discipline, including engineering, design, research, marketing and data science, to take products from conception to launch.
  • Partner with internationalization and localization teams to ensure product experiences are of the highest quality in every language.
  • Independently and proactively identify and work on content projects that span multiple teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Business Administration, Marketing, International Development, or in a related field
  • Employer will accept a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor's degree and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Requires 48 months of experience involving the following:
  • 1. UX writing and communication
  • 2. Design systems
  • 3. Design thinking
  • 4. Design tools including Figma and Adobe XD, AND
  • 5. Content strategy.

$175,231/year to $192,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
