Product Reliability Specialist Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end operational Performance, Reliability, and Efficiency (PRE) programs, developing processes, anticipating issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Leverage data to develop KPIs, measure success, and influence direction of projects.
  • Balance and prioritize multiple initiatives and projects, while continuing to make progress towards overall goals.
  • Facilitate business development with cross-functional partners to identify growth areas and influence direction of partner roadmaps.
  • Align with partners on KPIs, reporting out performance regularly to leadership, engineering and other cross-functional partners.
  • Mentor team members, providing continual support to unblock and enable them to complete their respective projects.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of team programs, driving investigation and resolution of app health regressions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
  • Experience must include 24 months involving the following:
  • 1. Consulting or operations
  • 2. SQL
  • 3. Program and Project management
  • 4. Managing teammates through completion of projects
  • 6. Strategic thinking and using data to make informed decisions
  • 7. Communicating with diverse sets of stakeholders through different mediums (chat, email, VC, or in-person meetings) across different time zones
  • 8. Personnel management, including onboarding, training, interviewing, and mentoring.

$155,216/year to $165,440/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
