Meta is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist providing operational and providing support for our APAC Infra operations. The successful candidate will get to work with a cross functional team to implement and drive consistent reliable logistics services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, strong organizational capabilities, continuous improvement, and in-depth operational knowledge of the APAC landscape, logistics processes and systems.
Logistics Operations Specialist Responsibilities
  • Identify and track opportunities for continuous improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service levels and operations.
  • Recommend operational insights and trends through building of reports and dashboards.
  • Lead project teams and drive a variety of projects to go-live, working closely with team members and stakeholders.
  • Leading and maintaining operational programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in freight management, distribution, logistics/reverse logistics, asset management or similar.
  • Proven track record in delivering regional projects, driving best practice and process implementation.
  • Skilled in Gsuite tools, and database analysis.
  • Experience working across internal business organizations and with external business partners.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
  • Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement skills
