Sourcing Manager Responsibilities
  • Development and communication of forecast to suppliers.
  • Build plan review and coordination with key suppliers/partners.
  • Ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier commitments.
  • Quote compilation and accuracy.
  • Monitor supplier performance to pricing and business splits as defined by commodity team.
  • SLA Performance: Measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLA).
  • Ongoing Cost Productivity: Measure, report and action cost improvement as compared to market pricing and pricing models.
  • Scorecard Management: Lead measuring supplier performance, root cause issues and driving improved performance.
  • Rollup of team performance metric.
  • Own some aspects of supplier performance.
  • 10% domestic travel required.
  • 10% international travel required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted.
  • Requires 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation and:
  • 1. Supply Chain Management
  • 2. Supplier/Vendor Management - Score Card and Performance Improvement
  • 3. Contract / NDA Negotiation, Routing coordination
  • 4. Demand, forecast and Supply Management
  • 5. Datacenter Infrastructure hands on experience
  • 6. Risk Management, Project Management, Category Management
  • 7. Exp. collaborating with cross functional partners (Engineering, Thermal teams, finance, accounting, Vendors, Product Life cycle management teams)
  • 8. Procurement Operations – Managing Purchase Orders, Contracts, NDA’s, Invoicing
  • 9. Cost/ Spend/ Performance data Analysis and
  • 10. Strategic process Improvement activities to drive cost savings, quality and efficiency.

$140,462/year to $157,520/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
