Meta is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner based in Madrid to support our General Business Group. The successful candidate will be an engaged team player with a proven ability to work collaboratively across many concurrent priorities in an incredibly fluid and dynamic environment. This candidate thrives in change and a fast-paced environment. They are an experienced problem-solver and a detail oriented and highly organized individual. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. Executive Administrative Partner (Madrid) Responsibilities
  • Diary management for a busy calendar
  • Team event coordination and management
  • Scheduling and support for internal and external meetings
  • Travel management and logistics
  • Responsible for admin team tracking and documentation
  • Manage global team calendar
  • Responsible for meeting and onsite support
  • General administrative tasks
  • Build team relationships and cross-functional relationships between departments
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Team and event management and coordination experience
  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written in both English and Spanish
  • Experience prioritising multiple projects
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
  • Incredibly organised and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS
  • Fluent in English, Fluent in French
