The Quality Expert Review Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of individual contributors and functional experts within the Global Quality Expert Review Team. These experts are responsible for labeling various types of content according to our advertiser policies and community standards. This work is critical to deliver accurate measurement and insights on policy enforcement. You will support a large team of individual contributors and will work with cross functional leaders in both Global Operations and across Meta to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training. This work will directly impact the experience of Meta’s global network of users and business partners. As the leader, you must have exceptional people management, process optimization, and influencing skills. You will provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to a diverse team and create an exceptional culture of excellence.
Manager, Quality Expert Review Responsibilities
  • Refine the team vision, mission, and team level goals
  • Serve as cross-functional leader, engaging with the global Quality leadership team, Integrity Operations team, and other teams across the company to deliver expert insights, develop process improvement opportunities, identify strategic investment areas, and influence goals and roadmaps
  • Provide direct leadership and career development to a team of individual contributors
  • Promote engagement and create an exceptional team culture across the entire organization
  • Build the team and skills necessary for long-term sustainability of the team and service while meeting the needs of internal stakeholders
  • Build and strengthen cross functional relationships to build trust, collaboration, and influence
  • Drive team-wide results: determine priorities and goals, establish a plan to achieve goals, and effectively achieve them through personal and team contributions
  • Drive continuous improvement across key team dimensions including efficiency, accuracy, root cause analysis, and insight delivery
  • Identify technology need for the team and effectively advocate for their development
  • Oversee availability of resiliency support programs for all team members
  • show care and support for all team members
Minimum Qualifications
  • Direct people leadership experience managing and developing high performing teams
  • Extensive experience in any of the following :Customer Service, Call Center Management, Operations Management, Relationship Management, or Process Excellence
  • Thought leadership: Strategic thinker with proven track record of creating and/or transforming operations processes
  • Experience influencing and building alignment with executive management through problem-solving, analytical skills and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and influencing across functional boundaries
  • Experience driving change and delivering complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Expert communicator, efficient and specific in delivering information, who tailors message to audience
  • Able to quickly understand business context, frame a problem, align stakeholders to a solution, and lead implementation, operating comfortably within equal measure of complexity and ambiguity
