Meta is seeking an experienced sales and agency professional to help build partnerships with our most advanced performance agencies. The Agency Partner will lead the partnership strategy and implementation for these agencies. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their agencies. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team to a set of agencies that are experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, exhibits problem-solving leadership and limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the performance media and agency ecosystem, and experience in a sales environment.
Agency Partner Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership
  • Build trust and firmly establish Meta as a business driving platform in the eyes of all Agency constituents (both C-Suite and practitioner)
  • Define and own agency partnership plans to unlock investments and drive agency’s business key performance metrics
  • Act as consultant to our agencies to inform their short-to-long-term investment strategies across Media, Creative, Measurement and Technology.
  • Hone in on relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes that alter product vision/roadmap
  • Partner with teammates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading agency and advertiser analysis and defining the overall agency’s approach to Meta
  • Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to act as point of contact and deliver collected and consolidated information that prioritizes agency requests
  • Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against account plan
  • Develop learning agendas to help clients measure impact of marketing and adopt Meta measurement solutions (Lift, MMM, etc)
  • Own forecasting and accurate agency analysis to support team planning
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Meta product solutions
  • Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team
  • Domestic travel required (~25% a month)
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience working at a Marketing or Advertising Agency/Consulting Company and/or in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, Customer Acquisition and Growth
  • Experience managing performance agency/direct response advertiser accounts
  • Communication: Experience clearly communicating the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the skills to present to C-Suite, synthesize feedback, and adjust plans accordingly
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Proven understanding of the agency landscape, competition, challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and insights to craft business strategies
  • Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of digital advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends

$74,000/year to $120,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
