The mission of Business Messaging is to be the primary way that people and businesses communicate across WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. With the recent developments in Generative AI (GenAI), there is an opportunity to automate and simplify how businesses can use messaging and significantly reduce costs while simultaneously improving the customer experience and creating business value. The Business Messaging Organization is scaling investments across Gen AI to help more people and businesses get value. We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who is knowledgeable and passionate about businesses and messaging ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B and/or GenAI products, with an understanding of industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models. You will develop strategy, key messages, and global launch plans to bring products to market. You will aggregate market insights to inform product development and risk mitigation, and will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve how GenAI can unlock value for people and businesses. Excellent strategic thinking skills, cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, and comfort with ambiguity are a must.
Business Product Marketing Manager, GenAI Agents Responsibilities
  • Understand and advocate for the needs of businesses, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience, shaping product strategies and plans
  • Lead development of target audiences, and positioning and narratives to support those audiences based on data and insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans, including positioning and cross-channel activation, and quarterback launches to support revenue and product adoption goals
  • Effectively communicate within the organization and with XFNs
  • Execute with agility to evolve with business needs
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy, consulting or marketing related discipline, with at least 2 years experience working in a product marketing or product management capacity (working with sales and or engineering leadership)
  • Track record of managing complex, fast-paced and data-driven projects
  • Experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Experience synthesizing analysis and communicating concepts
  • Experience working with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders to understand and solve problems
  • Experience in B2B go-to-market
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with the experience to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.

$158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
