You will join the team that manages headcount strategy for Meta, which encompasses leading Meta’s headcount forecast, annual planning, and other key strategic headcount resourcing activities. This role will serve as a key finance partner and advisor for our Recruiting Organization, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners. Finance Manager, Headcount Strategy Responsibilities
  • Define and implement scalable financial processes for all headcount related processes including forecast, budget, and long-range plan
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Recruiting Organization
  • Serve as a key lead for modeling Meta’s centrally run headcount programs
  • Serve as the central point of contact for key finance partners, helping them through key planning activities
  • Build thoughtful analyses and reporting to drive better investment decisions
  • Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders on strategic company-wide initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of financial analysis experience
  • B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum
  • Experience tailoring messaging for audiences of varying level of seniority and technical expertise
  • Understanding of financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts at an expert-level
  • Experience working and solving problems independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time including both strategic and operational initiatives
  • Experience building financial models and complex nested formulas in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and partnering with senior leadership across organizations
  • Proven Excel and analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into both insights and recommendations
  • Experience with multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and competing deadlines
  • Headcount planning experience in a large public company
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, CPA, CFA or financial consulting experience
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Experience with Oracle Essbase and SmartView Excel Plug-in
  • Dashboard creation/management experience (Tableau, Incorta, Cognos Analytics, etc.)
  • Management experience leading and developing teams through a wide spectrum of scope

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
