Managed Meta Accounts provide enterprises, businesses and schools an identity solution with the privacy, security, and user management that they expect. Managed Meta Accounts are the newest and safest way for professionals and students to access Meta products. Managed Meta Accounts support diverse products, including Quest headsets deployed to enterprises and tools for Meta’s advertisers. As the lead Managed Meta Accounts PM, you’ll work with senior stakeholders across Meta to enable Managed Meta Accounts for their users. Using your expertise in B2B products, privacy and security, and platform building to have Meta-wide impact. This role is a unique opportunity to scale a platform across Meta and millions of users.
Product Manager Lead, Managed Meta Accounts Responsibilities
  • Primary driver for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities in a large product area, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights, and quantitative analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Extensive Product Management and/or Product Design experience
  • Significant years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams, bringing larger groups along to execute complex cross-team projects
  • Experience working with, influencing and presenting to executive level stakeholders (VP & C-level)
  • Experience driving highly ambiguous, broad and highly complex topics to extreme clarity of strategy and execution, at pace, in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Enterprise product, SaaS, or similar product management experience
  • Identity or account-related product experience
  • Privacy, security, or integrity product experience
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
