Meta is looking to hire a Director to lead Go-to-Market partnerships for Llama as we expand our support of enterprise partners and developers globally. This role will be responsible for managing the relationships with the world’s largest technology companies and managing collaborations to more proactively promote Llama through these partners’ offerings. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that will partner with leaders across Meta, GenAI, and other partnerships organizations at Meta. The ideal candidate will have experience building a new program from scratch, setting and hitting aggressive goals, mentoring and developing a strong team of self-starters and will be able to quickly establish credibility and get involved in the details of deals and product strategy. This person is comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and will take a proactive and strategic approach to business development, relationship management, and product strategy. This person will have the ability to bridge short-term goals with long-term strategy to build durable and trusting partnerships.
Director of Llama Go-to-Market Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing global team of talented and motivated partnerships leaders
  • Develop the existing team and recruit new leaders into the organization
  • Set OKR targets and drive the team to achieve these targets
  • Set and drive product strategy and new business opportunities with key partners, including cloud service providers, global systems integrators, leading IT companies, and top developers
  • Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with executives at partner companies, serving as an escalation point of various issues
  • Drive complex relationships to resolution through both internal and external communications
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch products and partnerships and to improve our offering
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing role
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • Experience bringing new products to market and scaling them
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
  • Product strategy experience and understanding of the mobile ecosystems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background with an understanding of product and engineering
  • Experience with AI and GenAI
  • MBA or JD

$232,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
