The Scaled Partnerships Vendor Operations Manager will work with our team of outsourced Media Experts across the globe to ensure they are effectively deployed to deliver value to early stage creators, helping them grow and achieve their potential.
Vendor Operations Manager, Scaled Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Workforce operations: resource allocation planning, forecasting & deployment, as well as ensure optimal use of vendor OpEx and pursue opportunities for footprint optimization
  • Operations planning & monitoring: support capacity planning, maintenance & monitoring, how it cascades down to team and vendor, coordinates participation in business review calls, as well as vendor reporting
  • OpEx planning & monitoring: oversee vendor OpEx spend, aggregating regional forecasts and actuals, providing quarterly forecasts to finance & leadership and coordinating PO accruals process
  • Operations optimization: drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning to enhance vendor performance and service delivery
  • Governance and compliance: ensure compliance with contractual agreements and oversee governance processes related to vendor operations
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or Economics
  • 10+ Years of experience in vendor management, operations management, project/program management, or partner management
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, being able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leadership and management skills to oversee vendor teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in technology company or startup, particularly managing partners or vendor teams
  • Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a management consultant, with a strong track record of strategy development, process improvement, and/or change management
  • Fluency in Spanish
