At Meta, our Recruiting Operations team owns the health, effectiveness and velocity in mid-funnel. This includes interviewer training, assessment operations and interview scheduling and candidate experience. We are looking for a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations and Strategy to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and project management. The person in this role will identify and drive recruiting Strategic initiatives and transformation for the Recruiting Services and Operations (RSO) organization. We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience in the design, implementation and execution of transformation programs as well as experience in driving the Run the business cadence. Key to this role is to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to influence recruiting processes and programs through use of data and insights. Our ideal candidate is someone who can drive change across multiple teams, regions and functions and influence them to work towards a shared goal.
Program Manager, Recruiting Operations and Strategy Responsibilities
  • Lead Global operational and strategic initiatives across Recruiting Services and Operations
  • Partner with leaders to define strategy and then build roadmaps and plans in service of that strategy
  • Ensure clear connection between strategy and functional operations to meet our ambitious goals
  • Collaborate with the members of RSO organization as well as cross-functional partners to identify process improvement opportunities and solve for them
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative methodologies to make decisions and recommendations on critical issues
  • Anticipate and manage organizational risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics, and ensure performance is tracked and measured
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (external and internal)
  • Lead by example through following, setting or sharing program management best practices
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 10+ years of strategic planning, operations, or management consulting experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience across multiple workstreams and functions
  • Experience translating business challenges and questions into solutions
  • Strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in designing and scaling detailed regular insights and updates out to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience engaging directly with executive-level clients and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing processes and experiences in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
  • Experience with technical recruiting and/or leading technical recruiting or programs/operations teams
  • Experience managing complex global programs across multiple functions
  • Experience in working with complex data (including developing SQL code)

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
