The Product Compliance & Privacy (PCP) HRBP team is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) organization. This role will support the VP of Government, Risk & Compliance and several VPs who lead Privacy, Security, Integrity GRC teams. Product Compliance & Privacy is a multi-function product org that delivers compliance. The organization helps all of Meta build quality products that incorporate compliance and privacy through all stages of the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization.
HR Business Partner, Product Compliance & Privacy (PCP) Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Proactively assess team, leader, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Drive talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Manage and facilitate the company performance process and employee engagement survey throughout the year
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
  • Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution
  • Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed
  • Manage complex, large-scale projects with significant impact across multiple functions
  • Exercise wide-ranging decision-making to determine objectives and approaches to critical projects and strategies
  • Influence major decisions across teams, functions, and/or regions
  • Contribute to the community through leading efforts in diversity, culture, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development programs
  • Create formal networks and involve key internal/external contacts across cross-functional (XFN) teams
  • Be recognized internally as an expert and thought leader, sought out for advice and expertise in specific product/business areas
  • Proactively identify important problems and solutions impacting long-term strategic objectives
  • Influence key leaders, stakeholders, and functional strategy
  • Participate in the development of product or group strategy
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization through communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data and making informed decisions
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team, with professionalism and integrity
  • Experience with organizational design and planning

$181,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
