Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support up to 3 directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a strong problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.
Executive Administrative Partner, Partnerships Team Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • General office duties as needed
  • Travel for support with external and internal engagements
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience balancing competing priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS
  • Skilled in handling multiple tasks and swiftly adapting to changes on a dynamic team
  • Experienced in organizing and overseeing large and small events
  • Proficient in (or willing to learn) demonstrations for commercial products
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously
  • Experienced in supporting technological functions within a large-scale tech company
  • Adept at working with both internal and external cross-regional teams/time zones
  • Experienced in close collaboration with other administrative professionals
  • A history of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all professional relationships

$40.38/hour to $55.48/hour + bonus + equity + benefits
