You'll have a chance to join a team of professionals who are responsible for driving growth and engagement for Meta's products among Creators. You'll use data analysis, market research, and other techniques to identify opportunities for growth and work with highly cross functional environment across product, marketing UXR and Data Science to develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. The Marketing analytics function is focused on understanding user behavior and marketing campaign performances and marrying the two to carve out personalized, evergreen marketing journeys to drive growth and engagement of Content Creators across family of apps.
Growth Marketing Analyst Responsibilities
  • Develop measurement framework and create metrics to evaluate success and measure impact of scaled outreach efforts.
  • Develop data driven strategies to run effective marketing programs for creators across verticals, with customized goals for product fit, and at different life-cycle.
  • Deep dive into campaign performance to extract key learnings and common themes, then collaborate with product and marketing stakeholders to inform on best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional data and product teams across business applications to define problem statements, access and manipulate data, build analytical models, explain data-gathering requirements, deliver analytics insights, and make recommendations.
  • Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting and communication, and use analytical models to identify insights to drive key decisions across leadership and the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics roles
  • Experience working in organizations with cross functional teams
  • Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in dynamic environments
  • Demonstrated experience multi-tasking and adapting well to a changing environment
  • Experience in statistical concepts like design of experiments, causal inference and tests of significance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a consumer technology or media company
  • Experience in marketing programs for Sales or Partnerships teams

$150,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
