We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Partner Engineering team focused on enterprise and government engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of channel partner engineers and direct partner/enterprise/government engineers. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies for partner enablement, overseeing multiple partner relationships, and driving innovation in our partner engineering processes.
Partner Engineering Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of channel partner engineers and direct partner/enterprise/government engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities.
  • Scope, develop, and implement strategic plans for channel partner engagement and enablement that align with company goals and priorities.
  • Oversee multiple channel partner relationships and high-priority lighthouse projects for government and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel partner initiatives with company goals and drive innovation in partner solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for engaging with strategic direct partners and government agencies.
  • Analyze partner requirements and provide recommendations to improve partner integrations and deployments.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Channel Partner roadmap, taking into account Meta's product roadmap and evolving partner needs.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of business function-specific evaluations and benchmarks to showcase model performance in various use cases.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the team, ensuring continuous improvement in partner engineering processes.
  • Represent the Partner Engineering team in executive-level meetings and communications, advocating for partner needs within Meta.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Developer Advocates to support sales motions and technical enablement for partners and end customers.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of technical documentation for partner deployments and integrations.
  • Foster a practice of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in partner engineering, technical program management, or related roles
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading technical teams
  • Demonstrated practical understanding of AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise software integrations
  • Experience communicating effectively, influencing, and collaborating across various levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects and partner relationships
  • Experience working with government agencies and enterprise clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience with generative AI models and their applications in enterprise and government settings
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements for government and enterprise deployments
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Track record of driving innovation and process improvements in partner engineering

$210,000/year to $285,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
