The Core Ads quality team focuses on the people side of this equation, ensuring each person’s interaction with Ads are of the highest quality. This person will be responsible for helping our product teams build the next generation of our Delivery products. They will evaluate approaches to mitigate product risks, assess market needs and conduct research to influence new product development, develop global launch plans to bring products and/or changes to the market, and identify opportunities to improve existing products. Excellent cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and comfort with ambiguity are a must. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the advertising market, a track record of shaping product strategy and growing product adoption, and a vision for how we can better meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders with our ads delivery and targeting solutions.
Product Marketing Manager, Core Ads Quality Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for our ad products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our approach over a multi-year timeline
  • Define product positioning, naming, audience definition and sizing for launches
  • Lead market assessment and sizing through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the advertiser point of view internally with Product Management and cross-functional teams to aid with prioritization and development
  • Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy across the organization that is grounded in advertiser and people insights and market dynamics
  • Lead the go-to-market cross-functional teams toward execution and launch of the GTM strategy. Be the single point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, business strategy engineering or a similar field
  • Domain knowledge in Adtech or similar technically challenging field
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business or product development
  • Combination of strategic experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience with research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate up and across complex organizaitons
  • Quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with proven business acumen
  • Experience structuring and solving problems, and influencing product decisions to move insights to action
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters’ degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or other related quantitative discipline (e.g. MBA)
  • Experience in product marketing, developing go to market strategies and partnering closely with product teams
