Meta is seeking an experiencedTechnical Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence for internal tools, infrastructure and third party platforms for partner-facing teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, will be comfortable tackling new internal business operational challenges, drive results quickly, has sophisticated analytical and communication skills, and is deeply passionate about Meta and the media industry.
Technical Operations Specialist, Global Partnerships & Content Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple transformational projects that incorporate people, processes, and technology. Partner closely with numerous cross-functional partners across the organization to ensure excellent collaboration across all projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to overcome technical obstacles, meet requirements, and ensure that the technical vision aligns with business objectives.
  • Drive the project lifecycle from planning through execution and release. Establish project plans, schedules, risk management, and ensure that all project milestones are met on time.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on the areas with maximum value and in alignment with product strategy.
  • Plan the learning and adoption roadmap with the necessary documentation and communications strategy to enable the business teams for product releases and workflow changes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog prioritized according to business value, impact, and ROI.
  • Extract insights from large, technical data and communicate recommendations to varied audiences including management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of practical experience querying SQL databases
  • 4+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management
  • 2+ years with scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R)
  • Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines
  • Knowledgeable in gathering requirements and defining scope
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects from inception to execution
  • Change management experience
  • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the digital media space
  • Experience in establishing operational discipline and rhythm for businesses and teams
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., D3, Tableau or PowerBI)
  • Salesforce certified

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
