Meta seeks an experienced advertising and product marketing professional with a strong background in marketing and project management to assist with the development and if possible, lead go-to-market strategies for our Meta family of apps. The successful candidate should have experience working with go-to-market planning across various verticals/sales channels to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company in Australia. Success in this position requires in-depth knowledge and solid experience of planning and executing plans to fulfill advertiser objectives with the right advertising solutions. The candidate must thrive with cross-functional teams and dynamic environments by exhibiting critical thinking. They must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Product Marketing Manager, ANZ Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales teams, other Product Marketing Managers and cross functional teams to build and activate go-to-market strategies, track and monitor performance with defined success metrics for highest priority product solutions
  • Identify short and long-term market opportunities for relevant product domains and synthesize market intelligence based on understanding, analysis and a strategic view of the direction for the market and businesses to product teams outside of APAC
  • Educate and inspire action from Sales and Product organisations backed by data-driven insights. Execute with operational rigor and efficiency by prioritizing products and solutions for market segments, crafting communications and marketing materials, creating growth plans with defined success metrics, and building and running activations and programs to drive the adoption of solutions or products
  • Act as product consultant for the market, identify critical area of product growth and influence market buy in
  • Shape internal training programs to educate the sales force on a growing set of advertising solutions
  • Communicate with leadership internally and externally
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across product marketing organization to maximize growth and scale impact
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience within digital marketing or consulting
  • Organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • Experience in analytical and solving problems with data
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
  • Communication and presentation experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advertising experiences in product marketing, product strategy or product development in tech firms
  • Product marketing experience in a digital native company or with performance related advertising products is a plus
  • Experience working with media agencies and creative agencies
