Meta is seeking an experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to help build and sell Meta's advertising solutions to the largest brands in the region focusing on the eCommerce Vertical. This role will require a self-starter who builds strong relationships with C-level and Senior Management, has demonstrated solid performance in a constantly changing environment and shows problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. This position is located in Berlin.
Client Partner, eCommerce - STE, 24 months Responsibilities
  • Help define Meta's overall approach and focus on the work with its strategic clients in the German market and on specific book of business
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
  • Develop, lead, and execute strategies & initiatives that drive short and long-term revenue for performance focused verticals with clients
  • Prospect and penetrate client, media and advertising organizations to obtain performance advertising commitment
  • Partner with Meta cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach to Meta's success in the region
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed
  • Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
  • Act as a thought leader in eCommerce to grow Meta's footprint in the market and gain additional shares on total advertising budgets
  • Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals for yourself and your team
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
  • Represent Meta at relevant industry events
  • Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of digital Marketing, technology, and accompanying Meta solutions
  • Drive education on Meta product, company updates and share Meta best practices as relevant to client's business
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated track record of Marketing, Consulting, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience gained in the eCommerce sector.
  • Thorough knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
  • Proven track record in dealing with C level and senior management
  • Demonstrated to run highly sophisticated and KPI driven performance and brand marketing campaigns across different marketing channels
  • Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional companies and media agencies is a plus
  • Meta products user, and passionate about social media
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
  • Fluency in business English is essential
