Meta seeks an experienced, self-motivated Product Marketing professional with a strong background in growth marketing to drive product growth. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial and have experience working with Marketing, PR and Sales to drive product and platform adoption in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. They must also have experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. This is a full-time position and will be based in Paris (France).
Product Marketing Manager, Southern Europe Responsibilities
  • To be a product/platform expert and advocate in your region
  • Partner with regional sales leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our advertising solutions across the SE region on the GBG segment of advertisers covering France , Iberia , Italy and Israel
  • Drive product adoption growth using levers such as cross-functional partners, our external marketing partners, communications and PR, thought leadership, and traditional marketing & events
  • Operate at scale, while recognising the need for one to one interactions to build more localized narrative
  • Support and feedback global product experts to land new products effectively in market
  • Train and empower cross-functional teams to be regional product champions
  • Develop half year growth plans to support regional revenue targets
  • Be an ambassador for your region on all things product within the team and region
  • Partner with internal teams to lead product projects critical to driving growth for your region
  • Lead and execute the go-to-market strategies for the region
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations
  • Experience in product marketing expertise in the web and mobile advertising and the experience to contribute at strategic and tactical levels
  • Experienced perspective on digital marketing, the industry & client objectives
  • Project management experiences, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategy
  • Analytical experiences and desire to solve complex problems with data
  • Experience influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Experienced customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
  • Experience communicating effectively and present to a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience in being a flexible, cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • Fluent in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Hebrew
  • Entrepreneurial background and strong technical background an advantage
