Meta is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group.
The CSM will work on a highly advanced account, which is operating multi-channel across countries (EMEA and global), offers large growth potential and needs extensive support.
We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and business development, and a firm belief that the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable outcomes.
The CSM will work closely with a Client Partner and Meta cross-functional teams to build and strengthen customer relationships, provide business insights, drive revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for Meta, the overall marketing ecosystem, and a proven understanding of both online and traditional media.
Success in this position requires a high level of consultative and analytical skills (campaign analytics, dashboarding, ad solution optimization), with focus on driving optimal business outcomes. The CSM must be solution-oriented, with curiosity and the ability to drive impact in a dynamic, team-focused environment, while moving fast against challenging deadlines.

Client Solutions Manager, Disruptors Responsibilities
Lead and develop key account(s).
Build and manage relationships within clients and with agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners).
Solid understanding of (Digital) Marketing, Technology, and accompanying Meta advertising solutions.
Experience in ad tech/online marketing technologies and understanding on how to implement them for an effective and efficient marketing strategy.
Drive product adoption across all Meta platforms.
Capability to work in equal partnerships with the client partner, identifying, creating, and implementing marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our business partners.
Innovation-based solution perspective, building on client needs.
Radar for lighthouse innovation opportunities, with focus on projects that unlock new sources of revenue.
Strong profiling as external advisor, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships.
Ability to translate business objectives into a marketing strategy (including campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures) and implementing measurement solutions (actionable insights, translate results into recommendations).
Consulting skills towards clients and agencies in the field of planning, execution, creative, measurement, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns.
Highly developed data analytics skills, translating data into insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in marketing, media and/or consulting role.
Proven knowledge of a data-driven customer journey approach, with special focus on app and full funnel marketing.
Strategic skills to translate business challenges into opportunities and build short and long-term roadmaps.
Strong project management (including solid execution), communication and prioritization skills and internal/external partner management.
Collaborative by nature, experience in working effectively with cross functional teams and across different levels of senior management (internally and externally).
Experience with analyzing datasets delivering upon actionable insights required, advanced Excel skills preferred.
Knowledge of and passion for digital marketing and accompanying Meta solutions.
Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in an experienced team.
Confidence and strong presence towards decision makers.
Strong passion for Technology and Meta mission.
