Meta is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our Business Marketing team under the International Marketing function in Hong Kong, leading the acquisition of new China Export advertisers and building market awareness for Meta for Business. The ideal candidate will have a solid marketing background and strong know-how in SMB business marketing or data-driven performance marketing. They should possess strong local market and vertical insights, data-based strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to lead and generate significant business impact.
GCR Business Marketing Manager Responsibilities
  • 1. Performance Marketing or Small-Medium Business Marketing: - Develop new customer acquisition strategies and marketing plans - Familiarity with China local media environment and B2B marketing lead-gen campaign execution
  • 2. Marketing program management: - Analyze business challenges and develop marketing plans to address customer needs - Execute marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional project teams, and timelines - Develop marketing campaign assets and communicate with stakeholders
  • 3. Content & Creative strategist: - Develop customize content for SMB and storytelling using insights tools and research - Manage branding of content and be creative
  • 4. Success measurement and cross-channel result tracking: - Define measurement metrics, collect data, and update the team on channel and content performance - Have a strong data sense and ability to pull out data from multiple dashboards and conduct basic analysis, develop SMB marketing strategy with data-driven rationale
  • 5. XFN collaboration and stakeholder management - Manage the partnership internally and externally - Clear communicate to get the strategic alignment with stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of work experience in a marketing function
  • Strong data analytic skillset, in-depth knowledge on performance marketing, a results-driven mindset
  • Strong industry knowledge, particularly in e-commerce, and a good understanding of digital platforms and paid media in China.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, development, execution, measurement, and optimization, with a focus on KPI-driven strategy.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage complex vendor relationships. Ability to work in ambiguity and navigate complexity,
  • Creativity and risk-taking, with experience defining, developing, and leading audience-led marketing content and activations.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with preferred candidates having experience in CPG, Tech/Ads, or eCom industrial settings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A preference for experience in China export business marketing or at top consumer marketing company in eCom, Gaming, CPG industries
