As a Product Designer in this role, you will be directly responsible for leading and developing long term strategy as well as effective and efficient design responses to regulatory pressures.You'll also at times drive, organize a team around, and directly contribute to regulatory responses and decisions for Privacy escalations.
Product Designer Responsibilities
  • Identify scope for Design-led privacy requirements and enforcement in collaboration with XFN across Privacy Areas
  • Organize a coordinated effort to respond to Central Privacy Escalations and solve product and privacy requirements
  • Develop a perspective on internal pressures and escalations that may inform strategic positions and future responses
  • Partner with PD teams across the company to identify, create and embed resources in design systems to enable Product Design across Meta to uphold our high privacy quality bar
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience showcasing your end-to-end design process across multiple projects, that include interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Adept at applying a systems-thinking approach to design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting seamless user experiences. Skilled in creating intuitive interfaces and interactions that balance business goals with user needs.
  • Experience representing work to senior executives, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
  • Complex stakeholder management and proven leadership in non-product dimensions that have positively impacted the work environment
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of user experience and how you contributed throughout the process
