We're seeking an experienced Integrated Media Measurement Lead to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive media measurement strategies across offline and online channels for Meta’s portfolio of brands. This critical role in our Global Media Foundations team will provide actionable insights to optimize media investments, drive business growth, and inform marketing strategies. We're looking for someone who is detailed oriented, collaborative, passionate about media metrics and who wants to make a significant impact in the world of media and advertising.
Integrated Media Measurement Lead Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain integrated media measurement frameworks across channels (TV, digital, social, print, outdoor, etc.)
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate media effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign results, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with media agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., media vendors, CRM, marketing automation)
  • Collaborate to develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Oversee data visualization and reporting to facilitate insights and decision-making
  • Provide actionable insights to inform media planning, buying, and optimization
  • Develop strategic recommendations to improve media effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Media, MarTech/AdTech, Decision Science, Data Engineering) to integrate insights into campaign development
  • Present findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders
  • Communicate complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging media measurement trends, technologies, and methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques to enhance measurement capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate innovative solutions into media measurement strategies
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in media measurement, analytics, or marketing research
  • Experience developing and implementing media measurement strategies
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Experience with media measurement platforms (e.g., comScore, Nielsen, Google Analytics)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience presenting to and influencing at all levels of an organization
  • Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms and tag management systems

$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
