Internal Auditor Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Assess the associated risk.
  • Participate in ongoing enterprise risk assessment.
  • Inform audit plan to address high-risk areas for Monetization and Metrics.
  • Work with Monetization and Metrics product and engineering teams on an ongoing basis to ensure product changes are in line with existing compliance requirements.
  • Participate in complex operational audits for Monetization and Metrics products and proprietary in-house built systems from risk assessment, planning, execution, remediation, and post remediation validation.
  • Deliver progress updates and audit results to Internal Audit management and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and issues, and provide suggestions and alternatives.
  • Integrate with cross-functional internal auditors to ensure alignment on audit work.
  • Promote automation in completion of audit testing and innovate new ways of executing projects to drive continuous improvements in the delivery of internal audits like data analytics.
  • Draft risk-based audit reports and recommendations to improve control processes to executive management that clearly present audit results.
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across Meta, with Product, Engineering, Legal and Operation teams.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
  • Requires 12 months experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Requires 12 months of experience in the following skills:
  • 1. Risk assessment/ management
  • 2. Identifying risks that may lead to/ increase operational deficiencies.
  • 3. Understanding regulatory requirements and how that relates to internal controls/controls within the organization
  • 4. Communicating complex topics with business stakeholders
  • 5. Internal audit methodology such as audit process
  • 6. Data analytics methods such as excel based analytics.

$136,698/year to $149,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
