Financial Integrity's mission is to drive trust and integrity for all people and businesses using Meta’s financial ecosystem while accelerating growth. Our team manages risk and compliance for Meta’s payment ecosystem across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Reality Labs, with direct impact on Meta's revenue. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product strategy, development, implementation and tracking of innovative assets, capabilities and solutions for the Financial Integrity platform. These include platform foundations and operations, as well as our ML infrastructure and ops, which support our services and solutions at scale.
Product Manager, Financial Integrity - ML & Platform Responsibilities
  • Work as the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities in the domain(s), and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
  • Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations. Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities. Consistently demonstrate initiative and execute with limited oversight
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through data insights and metrics
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and XFN, through vision setting, strategy, OKRs and execution, considering technical and analytical constraints, while maintaining team health
  • Partner closely with XFN leads (Engineering Manager, Data Science Manager, Data Engineering Manager etc.) and partners (e.g. product teams, Partnerships) to drive impact together
  • Actively work with teams across Monetization and Integrity to identify synergies and initiate partnerships that create business value, influencing leadership to align on direction
  • Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Minimum Qualifications
  • Extensive experience within Product Management
  • Extensive experience working on platforms and/or machine learning
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and relevant work experience
  • Strong technical experience, including architecture design, dev methodologies, machine learning and large-scale platforms
  • Proven leadership, organizational, execution and communication skills, including presenting to senior executive audiences
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of risk management, compliance, integrity or cyber security areas
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, regulations and FinTech industry trends
  • Experience in ML Ops
  • Experience as PM in B2D products
