As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining project goals, crafting detailed project plans, and overseeing the execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Your efforts will enhance our operational efficiency, foster stronger relationships within and across teams, promote knowledge sharing, and expand our organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, able to facilitate our teams' best work by managing short- and long-term projects and initiatives, anticipating project issues and resolving them, connecting resources to research needs, and removing barriers to doing great work. This role requires project and program management experience, broad knowledge of artificial intelligence, research, and product development, and the ability to foster collaboration across various teams.
