Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly talented marketer to take on the role of Retail Channel Marketing Manager for Southern Europe. This new, exciting, and important role will be responsible for driving Retail channel marketing activities for Meta Quest at retail. The role will report into the Retail Channel Marketing Lead for Europe and is based in Paris with responsibility for France. The Retail Channel Marketing Manager will plan and execute campaigns and programs in store and online, reviewing performance, supporting our Retail partners whilst continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals.
Retail Channel Marketing Manager - Southern Europe Responsibilities
  • Working in close conjunction with the Sales GM, support his/her objectives, drive the day-to-day execution of all marketing budgets & tactics, track key metrics, improve efficiencies through the marketing mix
  • Create retail marketing programs to drive sales of Meta products in Europe such as bundles, promotions and content offers
  • Manage and implement campaigns and activities across retailers ensuring our assets meet brand standards and is in service of overall Meta strategy
  • Coordinate and manage marketing brand assets with our creative team, executing/delivering those brand assets to our retail partners
  • Work with our retail partners for approval on fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education
  • Measure and optimize marketing programs (physical and digital) to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals e.g. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend)
  • Build and manage a calendar of activity, gathering input from key stakeholder teams
  • Plan, track and optimise co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  • Identify new processes and opportunities to ensure consistency and business optimization
  • Provide analysis of the Southern Europe retail landscape trends and themes, competitors, and other relevant information to support development of marketing strategies and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business and/or Marketing related field
  • Experience in retail marketing or a related field working within Consumer Electronics
  • Experience working directly with retailers on hardware sales and agency teams to execute marketing campaigns
  • A deep understanding of the Southern Europe tech retailer landscape and the CE consumers
  • Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods online and in store
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Ability to express ideas with clarity
  • Experience in conducting analysis of marketing programs
  • Experience working in a cross functional and fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluent English and French

  • Experience building and delivering presentations
  • Experience in working in a remote team environment
