Security Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop an understanding of Meta’s security issues, processes, and policies including GDPR data maps and privacy compliance.
  • Drive development and execution of multiple security initiatives involving training, tooling, process, and automation.
  • Partner with program managers, engineers, security analysts and cross functional partners to establish goals and understand scope, objectives, and metrics for success.
  • Apply technical expertise in areas such as SQL, Python to identify gaps & opportunities including building and maintaining reporting data driven dashboards used by the security team.
  • Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership.
  • Track progress and adjust project roadmaps, schedule and plans.
  • Identify and communicate impact, risk, and outcomes including data driven metrics.
  • Communicate process, policy and product concepts to leadership, business and cross-functional partners effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Analytics, Physics, or related field.
  • Requires 6 months of experience in Job Offered or in a Computer-Related Occupation.
  • Requires six months of experience in the following:
  • 1. Managing priorities and simultaneous or concurrent projects in a fast paced environment
  • 2. Information security and program or project management
  • 3. Security strategy, roadmap development, or enterprise security
  • 4. Access or Risk Management
  • 5. Ensure completion of post-implementation handoff, successfully delivering customer support for concurrent initiatives and projects
  • 6. Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals with defined success criteria and lead teams to develop, evaluate, and revise project processes
  • 7. Communicate process, policy and product concepts to leadership, business and cross-functional partners effectively
  • 8. Development of policy standards and guidelines around security landscape.

$201,488/year to $226,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
