The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific marketing relationships and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Client Solutions Manager, E-commerce Responsibilities
  • Media planning, strategy & measurement, and optimization - outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures upon key KPI's
  • Drive strategic marketing conversations with our largest performance driven advertisers and partners to define objectives and provide recommendations
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Responsible for educating clients and partners on best practices
  • Manages revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real time recommendations
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. Platform & product Expert - articulate and update clients on Meta product and developments
  • Drives product innovation based upon client needs
  • Project management - manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients
  • Manage analytics and dashboards to advise clients (e.g. daily client facing data/insights reporting, understanding performance across hundreds of accounts used by client, setting up pipelines to pull conversion and impression data, etc.) Cross-functional collaboration of all projects
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven track record in a data-driven industry or a highly analytical field (performance marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • Previous experience working directly with media companies (established relationships with key partners in the mobile industry preferred)
  • Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to articulate and advocate for client needs, ensuring customer-centricity within Meta.
  • Fluency in Korean & English is required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Korean and English
