Application Manager, Order Management Responsibilities
  • Work with Product Managers to drive strategic and tactical initiatives in the Supply Chain and Order Management space for Facebook’s AR/VR systems.
  • Triage production support tickets effectively, accurately and efficiently.
  • Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience.
  • Configure, setup and update applications in both EBS and Fusion.
  • Understand EBS and Fusion OM data models, write complex SQL queries and perform data analyses to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs.
  • Participate in source control and code review process, and provide expertise from a process perspective and help business design end-to-end processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision-making within the team.
  • Track key application metrics, drives insights and builds dashboards to measure results against goals.
  • Identify risks within the business function, deliver clear documentation, and work directly with vendor support for escalations.
  • Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise engineering organization.
  • Lead and support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs.
  • Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
  • Requires five years of experience in the following:
  • 1. PL/SQL language
  • 2. Design and development of Supply Chain Systems
  • 3. Define and implement metrics for IT operations
  • 4. Order Management, Purchasing, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Warehouse Management, i-Supplier Portal, iProcurement, Advanced Pricing, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Channel Revenue Management
  • 5. Leading cross-functional teams to implement strategic business transformation, cost savings, and process improvement projects
  • 6. Managing complex projects involving business process study, system architecture, and design.

$217,007/year to $265,430/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
