Data Developer, Business Integrity Reporting & Analytics Responsibilities
  • Apply quantitative skills and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Global Operations.
  • Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze data, conduct research and synthesize feedback into plans, processes and playbooks.
  • Build data infrastructure, visualization, and self-serve analytical tools in order to drive demand forecasting, scenario planning, and prioritization to optimize the community and business impact of our operational expenditures.
  • Drive broad adoption and alignment of the team’s initiatives through strong crossfunctional collaboration and understanding of the organization’s strategic data infra and analysis needs.
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Master's Degree in Operations Research, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in a data science-related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 5 years involving the following:
  • 1. Querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL and at least one scripting language, such as PHP, Python, or Perl
  • 2. Using data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker
  • 3. Gathering business requirements and defining metrics across varied stakeholders for data reporting
  • 4. Designing and building reporting solutions, data pipeline architecture, and data models that can be reused across different products or domains
  • 5. Explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences, and
  • 6. Translating business objectives into actionable analyses.

$173,953/year to $203,280/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
