AI is the most dynamic and exciting technological advancement of our lifetime. We are fortunate to be working in this space and contributing to advances in this transformational technology. Meta invests billions of dollars each year in manual content review to detect policy violations, to provide issue resolution and to improve product quality. Demand in these areas is forecast to increase significantly in the coming years. With the exponential increase in investment in and capabilities of large AI models, particularly Meta's Llama family of efficient open-source and future SOTA models, we have a powerful enabling technology which may be applied to automate Meta's scaled content review, support and labeling processes. Meta is creating a new team to focus on improving these processes and to accelerate Meta's applied AI and automation capabilities. This work is not theory or research, but the practical application of AI with aggressive production goals. We are building automation programs at global scale across several domains including Support, GenAI and RL. Introducing AI will increase efficiency and accuracy of content review and issue resolution while unlocking significant operational savings (measured in billions) over the next several years. Our vision is to make this program a proof point for the practical benefits of applied AI across the industry. The ideal product manager for this team will work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly and are experience ML/AI PMs.
